Privacy policy
The short version: this site counts visits without cookies or identifying you, and it only collects personal details if you fill in a form, which are used only to reply to you. Here's the full version, still in plain English.
Who I am

What this site collects
If you fill in the contact form or the free mockup form, I receive what you typed: your name, your business name, your email address, your phone number if you gave it, your website address if you gave it, your message, and a short tag saying how you found the site (for example "facebook" if you followed a link from a Facebook post, or "direct" if you typed the address in). That's the complete list. The site has no user accounts and no payment processing.
What this site doesn't do
This site doesn't set cookies, doesn't store anything on your device, and doesn't use advertising pixels or tracking that follows you around the web, which is why there's no cookie banner asking for your consent.
Visitor statistics
To see how many people visit and which pages are useful, the site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't identify you, and doesn't track you across other websites. It gives me totals such as the number of visits, which pages were viewed, and which websites sent people here. Cloudflare's privacy policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Why I collect it and what I do with it
Form submissions are used for one thing: replying to you about the thing you asked about. The lawful basis under UK GDPR is legitimate interest: you contacted a business, the business writes back. I don't add you to a mailing list, I don't send newsletters, and I never sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.
Where your information goes
This site is hosted by Netlify, and form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify's form service, then emailed to me. Netlify acts as a data processor; their own privacy policy is at netlify.com/privacy. Beyond that, your details live in my email inbox.
How long I keep it
If we end up working together, your details are kept as part of normal business records. If we don't, I delete enquiry details within twelve months.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask me what information I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email keystonedigital.surrey@gmail.com, use the contact form or ring me on 07584 222358 and I'll sort it, no runaround. If you're not happy with how I've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
If anything on this site changes in a way that affects your privacy, this policy will be updated before it happens, with the date below.
