Here's the honest pitch. A website isn't a one-off purchase, and every plan below includes your hosting, so there's no separate hosting bill. Prices change, hours change, photos age, software needs updating, and Google rewards sites that stay current. Left alone, every website slowly drifts back towards being the embarrassing one you replaced. A care plan means that never happens. You message me, it's done, and you get on with your actual job.

Don't need changes? This keeps the site live, and nothing else.
Every care plan drops down to this if you cancel it. Your site stays live on your domain, kept secure, backed up and renewed, with me on the end of the phone if it ever goes wrong. No monthly updates are included: if you want a change made, I quote it as a small one-off job. It's there so cancelling a care plan never means your website disappears.

The terms: three months, then monthly
Every plan runs for a minimum of three months, then rolls monthly. The three months aren't a trap: they cover the period after launch when you see the site live, have new ideas, spot the things you'd change, and I make those changes without either of us watching the clock. After that, cancel whenever you like. Just tell me before your next payment date and it ends at the close of that month. When you cancel, your site drops to hosting only at £10 a month so it stays live, or if you'd rather take it elsewhere I'll hand everything over. No exit fee either way, and the site stays yours in full because it always was. Unused update time doesn't roll over month to month, which is what keeps the price where it is. If a job's bigger than your plan covers, I'll say so before touching it and quote the difference in writing.
An honest answer: not always
Already got a domain or hosting you're happy with? No problem. The plan works exactly the same on top of it, you just won't need the hosting that comes with it.
If your site is a simple one-pager and nothing about your business changes, you can skip the plan and just pay me by the job when something needs doing. I'd rather tell you that than sell you a subscription you don't need. Most multi-page sites do earn their keep on a plan, though, the maths of one missed enquiry usually settles it. Unsure?
